Your work directly supports manufacturing quality, production flow, and compliance in a highly controlled environment. By partnering closely with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams, you help ensure products meet exacting specifications and customer expectations. ### What you’ll do * Inspect mechanical sub‑assemblies and final assemblies at multiple stages of production * Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions * Use precision measuring and inspection equipment, including microscopes and optical tools * Build mechanical assemblies using small hand tools and microscopes * Identify and document quality issues while supporting corrective actions * Maintain production flow to meet weekly manufacturing schedules * Follow cleanroom and contamination‑control practices when required * Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering team members ### What you need * Strong attention to detail with a focus on precision and accuracy – **required** * Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and written procedures – **required** * Experience using measuring equipment (calipers, gauges, microscopes, or similar) – **required** * Experience working with small parts and hand tools – **required** * Ab
