We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins. **Job Description** We are presently seeking an **Assembler** that will perform any combination of the following tasks to assemble electronic components, subassemblies, products or systems. ****$2,000 sign on bonus for qualified individuals**** **Schedule: 4/10 Mon-Thurs** **Location: Miamisburg, OH** ** _What you’ll do_** * Receive detailed instructions on all work, under close supervision. * Position and align parts in fixtures or other holding devices. * Perform intermediate assembly tasks, such as soldering, potting, encapsulating, sanding, cleaning, epoxy, bonding, curing, laser welding, operation of pneumatic machinery, pneumatic presses, etc. * Install finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases or other packing material. * May perform assembly operations under microscope or other magnifying device. * Mount assembled components such as resistors, capacitors and integrated circuits. * Connect components, wires to printed circuit or route via soldering. * Adjust, trim materials from components to achieve specified electrical or dimensional characteristics. * Perform inline testing, inspection using measuring instruments and electrical test equipment to ensure parts and assemblies meet production standards. * Ability to cross train on other programs in the facility. * Perform various repair/rework operations using approved written procedures. * Utilize schematics and blueprint drawings to complete work. * Intermittent
