These markets include aerospace and defense, factory automation, air and water quality environmental monitoring, electronics design and development, oceanographic research, deepwater oil and gas exploration and production, medical imaging and pharmaceutical research.​ We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins. **Job Description** We are presently seeking an **Assembler** that will perform any combination of the following tasks to assemble electronic components, subassemblies, products or systems. ****$2,000 sign on bonus for qualified individuals**** **Schedule: 4/10 Mon-Thurs** **Location: Miamisburg, OH** ** _What you’ll do_** * Receive detailed instructions on all work, under close supervision. * Position and align parts in fixtures or other holding devices. * Perform intermediate assembly tasks, such as soldering, potting, encapsulating, sanding, cleaning, epoxy, bonding, curing, laser welding, operation of pneumatic machinery, pneumatic presses, etc. * Install finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases or other packing material. * May perform assembly operations under microscope or other magnifying device. * Mount assembled components such as resistors, capacitors and integrated circuits. * Connect components, wires to printed circuit or route via soldering. * Adjust, trim materials from components to achieve specified electrical or dimensional characteristics. * Perform inline testing, inspection using measuring instruments and electrical test equipment to ensure parts and assemblies meet production standards. * Ability to cross train on other programs in the facility. * Perform various repair/rework operations using approved written procedures. * Utilize schematics and blueprint drawings to complete work. * Intermittent
