We are a global company, and our products—including mobile elevating work platforms, telehandlers, utility vehicles and accessories—can be found all over the world.** **JOB SUMMARY** Responsible for safely assembling equipment by following detailed instructions from Supervisors and Group Leaders. These assemblies vary in size and product while requiring the use of a variety of mechanical, electrical, and manual tools. **YOUR IMPACT** _These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned:_ * Assemble parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulics on JLG/Jerr-Dan products using power tools and manual techniques. * Install product accessories such as decals, mud flaps, cameras, and lights. * Safely operate an overhead crane to position parts. * Use hand and pneumatic tools (e.g., wrenches, hammers, torque guns) with accuracy. * Measure accurately using tools like tape measures. * Drill and tap holes for wires, hoses, and small components. * Identify required options from schematics, blueprints, and Standard Work Instructions. * Lift and stack subassemblies and parts (up to 35 lbs solo; team lift up to 60 lbs). * Crosstrain and work in multiple assembly areas as needed. * Follow written and verbal instructions precisely. * Maintain attention to detail to meet quality standards. * Keep a clean, safe work area in compliance with safety rules and 6S standards. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** * Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business and production demands. * Maintain regular and reliabl
