0-2 years manufacturing experience, Attentive to detail, Must be able to perform positions on the production line within established standard time requirements, Must be able to calculate any required metrics, Must be able to operate all equipment on trained line, Ability to read, write and follow verbal and written instructions, Must know 6S and maintain it on primary line, while respecting it for all other lines, Must be able to train new employees in their jobs, Ability and desire to work in a fast paced environment, A team player with the ability to enable changes in business process and the ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the organization, Requires lifting boxes weighing up to 50 pounds, Requires standing for 8 to 10 hours per day, Use of air and electric power tools, Ability to work harmoniously with diverse range of people, Ability to work in non-air-conditioned environment

Clearly describes the defect in detail so that improvement can be implemented., Responsible for meeting customer expectation of performance, quality, OTD, etc., Responsible for ensuring that all production material is available on the line., Responsible for working 5S on the line at all times enforcing best practice., Complies with required use of Personal Protective Equipment (Safety Glasses, Steel Toe Shoes, Gloves, etc.
), Participates in Operational Excellence Processes (Continues Improvement Events, RIE’s), Complies with scheduled work hours and Attendance Policy, All other duties assigned by Manager.
