**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!** # Responsibilities: * Perform simple manual production and assembly tasks with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and safety. * Follow clearly defined procedures, standardized work instructions, and visual aids to ensure consistent results. * Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area in alignment with 5S and housekeeping standards. * Visually inspect components and assemblies to identify defects or irregularities. * Support basic material handling, including movement, staging, and storage of parts. * Report abnormalities, equipment concerns, or process issues promptly to supervisors. * Work collaboratively with team members to maintain smooth workflow and meet production goals. * Demonstrate strong attendance, reliability, and commitment—consistent presence is essential to supporting team performance and maintaining production schedules. # Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Manual dexterity and ability to follow instructions. * Basic understanding of safety and hygiene. ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
