ability to lift up to 60 pounds, complete an audiogram test, pass a Vision, Color Vision, and Depth perception test, good manual dexterity, coordination and stamina, wear personal protective gear most of the day

No experience prior assembly experience a plus
What You'll Do.
assembly and the testing of various products
Assembly work will be performed by reading detailed instructions to ensure goods are safely produced in an efficient manner
electric and pneumatic powered tools to complete assemblies
such as arbor presses or riveting machines
to perform force fitting or fastening operations on assembly line
and center to specific tolerances then complete basic testing including using multimeter test equipment
Test samples of manufactured products to verify conformity to specifications
Capture test results on standardized programs and create test reports for finished goods
Use basic printing programs to complete customer orders when required for a specific job
Receive instructional work orders
assemble sub-assemblies
and finish product from parts as provided
Use Production system to record day-to-day customer order activity
view work instructions and report completed work
Record material non-conformance issues discovered in production process
Read manufacturing orders
follow production drawings
and sample assemblies
