What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School diploma, US citizenship required
Nice to Have
Active secret security clearance, SAP access/experience is preferred, Experience in soldering, Experience in assembling, rework, and modifying prototype cables, components, testers, fixtures, and chassis, Experience in assembling complex RF circuit cards following engineering-level documentation, Experience developing rework assembly techniques for dense SMT circuit boards, Experience in performing assembly and rework operations on all types of SMT packages including values and sizes of materials starting as low as. 0102, Experience in constructing wiring harnesses and electro-mechanical assemblies from engineering sketches

Perform production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical
Work from diagrams and drawings
Use hand and/or power tools
Make continuity checks on work in process and
Conduct quality inspections on processing line
and test experimental or
Work in the conformal coating lab
