This is a hands-on role offering full training, variety across sites, and the opportunity to build specialist plant-operating skills within a well-established organisation. **The Role** You will play a key part in the operation, inspection, and maintenance of an asphalt plant, ensuring materials meet company quality specifications while maintaining the highest safety standards. **Key duties include:** * Operating, inspecting, and maintaining the asphalt plant * Carrying out start-up and shut-down routines and maximising plant throughput * Weighbridge operations, including weighing vehicles in and out and loading asphalt * Communicating production changes to the order office via Microsoft Teams * Monitoring plant performance in line with site inspection regimes * Completing routine maintenance and minor repairs within your scope of competence * Accurately recording inspections, defects, and maintenance acti
