What They're Looking For.
Must Have
experience in App Store Optimization within mobile gaming, deep understanding of both the App Store and Google Play ecosystems, Proven ability to drive both discoverability and conversion through keyword strategy, metadata optimization, and creative testing, Experience building and running structured A testing frameworks, ability to translate results into scalable insights and best practices, understanding of full-funnel growth, including the relationship between paid UA, organic discovery, store performance, and LiveOps, Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and product teams, ability to align multiple stakeholders around shared growth objectives, analytical mindset, ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into actionable strategies, Excellent prioritization and communication skills, ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
