18 years of age, HS Diploma or equivalent, Read nameplates and production orders, Understand and set dials, Maintain inspection logs, Fill out daily timecard, Report scrap on scrap tickets, Read and understand setting gauge readings, Use hand tools, Use air wrenches, Use riveters, Know proper start-up procedure, Know proper shutdown procedure, Comply with safety rules, Attend and Participate in Safety Training, Participate actively in safety process, Ask questions if something isn’t known, Report all accidents and injuries immediately, Submit suggestions to improve safety, Know responsibilities in emergency, Be a coach to others, Attend and participate in hazardous waste trainings, Attend and participate in non-hazardous waste trainings, Recognize chemical hazardous labels, Spill management, Spill clean-up, Know air shutoff locations, Follow satellite accumulation rules, Follow satellite accumulation requirements, Recognize hazardous wastes, Manage hazardous wastes properly, Check parts availability, Glue component parts, Position component parts, Operate gluing apparatus, Inspect inside of shells, Keep record of processed shells, Keep record of rejected shells, Perform minor maintenance on gluing apparatus, Follow correct production orders, Assemble component parts to extinguishers, Use hand tools for assembly, Visually check components for completeness, Assemble extinguishers according to safety procedures, Pressurize shells to 50/120/240 pounds, Operate semi-automatic dry chemical filling machine, Fill Sentry extinguishers, Set timers on filling machine, Adjust filling cycles, Weight filled extinguishers, Assure proper weight, Wipe excess dry chemical, Attach visual seals, Add component parts, Stamp packages with lot number, Stamp packages with part number, Stamp packages with applicable stamps, Check packages, Place extinguishers on pallet, Keep record of packaged extinguishers, Operate overhead hoist, Handle large extinguishers, Final inspection on product, Prepare cartons for shipping, Touch up shell with paint, Support training and development of peers, Perform other duties as assigned

Determine filling requirements from blueprints
Determine packaging requirements from blueprints
Test pressure of shells
Fill FE 36 shells with dry chemical
Pin stamp finished product
Clean finished product
Package finished product
Palletize finished product
Check parts availability for assembly
Position component parts
Operate gluing apparatus
Inspect inside of shells for defects
Keep record of processed shells
Keep record of rejected shells
Perform minor maintenance on gluing apparatus
Assemble component parts to extinguishers
Visually check components for completeness
Assemble extinguishers to pressurize shells
Pressurize shells to 50/120/240 pounds
Operate dry chemical filling machine
Fill various size Sentry extinguishers
Fill stored pressure models
Fill with chemical agents
Set timers on filling machine
Adjust filling cycles
Weight filled extinguishers
Wipe excess dry chemical
Stamp packages with lot number
Stamp packages with part number
Stamp packages with applicable stamps
Place extinguishers on pallet
Keep record of packaged extinguishers
Operate overhead hoist for handling extinguishers
Perform final inspection on product
Prepare cartons for shipping
Touch up shell with paint
Support training of peers
Support development of peers
Perform other duties as assigned
