What They're Looking For.
Must Have
B. Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field, 15+ years of ASIC design experience, Proven experience as a Team Lead / Technical Lead / Manager, expertise in digital design and verification methodologies, Proficiency in Verilog/SystemVerilog, Experience with EDA tools (Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor Graphics), Deep knowledge of ASIC design flows and micro-architecture, scripting and automation capabilities, Experience with PPA optimization, people management and coaching skills, Excellent communication and stakeholder management, High ownership, autonomy, and execution focus, Ability to make data-driven decisions and lead through influence
