Must Have
8+ years in IAM, Experience in large, complex, or regulated environments, Proven experience leading regional IAM initiatives, Identity lifecycle management, Identity governance and RBAC, Risk-based IAM approaches, Industry standards and regulatory IAM requirements, Hands-on experience with IAM platforms, English language proficiency, Mandarin language capability, Experience managing or mentoring distributed teams
Nice to Have
CISSP certification, CISM certification, CRISC certification, IAM-specific certifications, Cloud Data protection, Encryption, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Agentic AI governance, Agentic AI lifecycle management
