What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Coordination of sales, Commercial support, Distribution channel management, Experience in managing distributors and following up on commercial processes., Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel at an intermediate-advanced level., Ability to analyze commercial information, prepare reports and follow up on indicators., Excellent organizational, communication and follow-up skills., Results-oriented profile, with the ability to work under pressure and with multiple priorities., Own vehicle in good condition and availability to travel.

Nice to Have

Experience in ERP and/or CRM (desirable)., Professional profile with consolidated experience in commercial management (ideally between 30 and 45 years old).

What You'll Do.

Coordinate the commercial operation of the channel

ensuring the correct flow of orders

Provide support to the sales force and distributors on pricing

commercial conditions

Prepare and analyze sales reports

Coordinate with logistics

and credit and collections

ensuring the correct functioning of operations.

Follow up on the fulfillment of commercial agreements with distributors.

Support the execution of commercial strategies and promotional activities of the channel.

Identify opportunities for improvement in commercial processes and propose corrective actions.

Maintain constant and effective communication with distributors and internal teams.

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

Conduct market analysis to identify trends

and competitive risks.

Negotiate and manage key accounts

ensuring solid and long-term relationships.
