You’ll be at the forefront of new technology and modernization, working with some of our biggest clients – which means some of the biggest in the world. There’s never a typical day as a System Administrator at Kyndryl, because no two projects are alike. You’ll be managing systems data for clients and providing day-to-day solutions and security compliance. You’ll oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients. **Key Responsibilities** * ## Monitor, control, and operate IBM AS400/iSeries systems, applications, and distributed environments in a multi-vendor setup. * Execute, manage, and monitor batch jobs using schedulers such as **Tidal, Robot Scheduler, and Advanced Job Scheduler**. * Perform job control activities including **stopping, restarting, and rerunning jobs** , and handle dependency management. * Analyze batch job failures, perform **Problem Determination (PD)** , and ensure timely resolution or escalation. * Monitor system consoles (including **MAM console**) and handle message queues and alerts effectively. * Provide first-level support by analyzing system, application, and network issues and resolving or routing them appropriately. * Perform **I/O operations** , includin
