What You'll Do.
Conduct routine checks of common areas

coordinate timely refills
keep users informed about service requests
Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams
carry out preventive and corrective maintenance
Assist in overseeing small-scale renovation or improvement projects
execution through to completion
