What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years of experience in an advertising agency environment with a portfolio demonstrating integrated healthcare or pharmaceutical brand campaigns., Demonstrated experience concepting and designing HCP-directed materials across multiple channels (print, digital, video, social) with live production examples., Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma, evidenced through portfolio samples and production-ready files., Experience presenting creative concepts directly to clients and senior stakeholders, including leading portions of brand or campaign presentations., Experience mentoring or managing junior creatives with documented examples of coaching, feedback, and project oversight.

Nice to Have

Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done., Experience working within U. S. pharmaceutical regulatory environments, including collaboration with Medical and Regulatory review teams., Experience leading visual identity development or brand refresh initiatives for healthcare brands., Motion, 3D, or video art direction experience using tools such as After Effects or similar platforms., Recognition through industry awards or published creative work demonstrating high craft standards.
