The Creative Operations team operates as an in-house creative agency, partnering with stakeholders to concept, develop, and deliver impactful creative at scale. We are seeking an Art Director (Seasonal) who can lead creative development, elevate design quality, and guide projects from concept through execution in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role requires strong conceptual thinking, advanced design expertise, and the ability to provide clear creative direction across a range of deliverables. The ideal candidate can balance creative excellence with operational efficiency, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
