What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience working as a creative team (Art Director + Copywriter) within an agency, in-house, or integrated environment, A shared portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and social-first, digitally led campaigns, Clear evidence of collaborative thinking and creative chemistry, understanding of visual storytelling, copycraft, and idea generation, Deep knowledge of social platforms, formats, and audience behaviours, Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, Confidence presenting and articulating ideas as a team
Nice to Have
Experience adapting work across multiple markets or audiences is a plus, Curiosity about emerging technologies and creative tools (AI exposure is a plus)
