Role Overview Clipwire Games is growing and looking for an Art Director to help shape the visual direction of current and future mobile game projects. This role is ideal for an experienced and hands-on art leader who’s passionate about mobile games and free-to-play experiences. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and Development to define and execute a strong, cohesive visual vision, ensuring our games are visually compelling, performant, and aligned with both creative and business goals. You bring strong artistic taste, clear communication, and the ability to guide and inspire a team while remaining closely involved in execution. You're also excited about the role AI can play in modern art production, championing its use to push quality, consistency, and efficiency further than traditional pipelines allow. Key Responsibilities Define and maintain the overall visual direction and artistic vision for assigned game projects Collaborate closely with Product and Design to align visual direction with gameplay, player experience, and business goals Lead concept ideation for new features and products, translating early ideas into visual direction Lead, mentor, and provide feedback to artists across disciplines (UI/UX, 2D, motion, etc.) Ensure visual consis
