What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8–10+ years of industry experience in game development, at least 2–3 AAA shipped titles, Prior experience as Art Director on large-scale or complex projects, visual storytelling skills, traditional art fundamentals, Deep knowledge of current workflows, pipelines, and game engines, Excellent critique skills, Highly effective communicator, interpersonal skills, sense of ownership, organization, attention to detail, Ability to balance visual fidelity with gameplay and performance considerations, Familiarity with building and maintaining positive client relationships, Fluent in English or a native English speaker
Nice to Have
Experience working with distributed teams, outsourcing partners, Previous experience with cinematic or stylized visual development, Multilingual
