Must Have
5+ years of experience, background in communication design and art direction, Excellent taste and attention to detail across design disciplines, from typography to layout, color, composition, and motion, creative point of view, and the ability to bring others along through clear communication, Desire to make something distinctive, playful, and remarkable, Ability to both lead creatively and execute hands-on work at a high level, Ability to balance priorities and maintain standards across multiple projects in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities
Nice to Have
Video game industry experience is a plus but not required
What You'll Do.
drive the visual direction of motion games and other experiences on the Nex platform
define and uphold Nex’s visual language across game studio projects

Elevate the standard across projects by pushing for craft excellence and innovative ideas
Establish clear benchmarks
and design review processes to ensure consistent

Help cultivate a Design team culture and share creative leadership responsibilities through feedback and coaching efforts
