Maker Lab’s cross-functional teams of multidisciplinary specialists are embedded into client teams across digital marketing competencies — from measurement & analytics to content production. **Job Summary:** We're looking for a culturally tuned Art Director to elevate social-first campaigns for a leading QSR brand. This role blends insight-led thinking and hands-on execution, turning briefs into engaging ideas shaped by culture, trends, and audience behaviour across platforms. _**Please share your creative portfolio to be considered for this position.**_ **Role:** * Contribute to campaign ideation and support the development of social-first creative concepts across always-on content, campaigns, and activations. * Translate ideas into strong visual directions, key visuals, layouts, and content assets across digital platforms. * Collaborate with copywriters, social strategists, and cross-functional teams to develop integrated creative solutions. * Create and adapt visual assets for social, digital, CRM, and occasional offline touchpoints. * Stay tuned into social trends, internet culture, and platform behaviours to inspire relevant creative work. * Ensure creative outputs are aligned to brand guidelines while supporting the evolution of brand expression. * Support the execution of campaigns from concept through to delivery, ensuring consistency and quality. * Work closely with stakeholders to interpret briefs and refine creative outputs based on feedback. * Manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and craft quality. * Support internal reviews and quality checks to ensure all deliverables meet creative standards. **You:** * BA/BS degree or equivalent experience * 5+ years of experience in an Art Director, Designer, or Social Creative role. * A strong p
