As BiOptimizers' Art Director, you will define and elevate how our brand shows up across every touchpoint, from campaigns and brand activations to product storytelling and real-world experiences. You're a hands-on leader who brings both strategic vision and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude to execute creative work that grows our brand and drives sales across retail, Amazon, and DTC channels. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you'll own visual direction and execution across all channels, partnering closely with Brand, Social, Influencer, and Production to bring ideas to life. You'll also lead, mentor, and grow a team of designers who report directly to you. This is a role for someone who can balance creative instinct with strategic clarity, who isn't afraid to get into the details alongside their team, and who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This is a fully remote position, with team members based in various locations and time zones.
