Must Have

5 years or more in roles of Solution Architect or Senior Technical Designer, Demonstrable experience in core banking migration or legacy system modernization projects, Experience working in agile squads and modern development lifecycles (CI/CD), Bachelor's or graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related, Experience in BIAN 13, TOGAF and enterprise architecture, Knowledge of core banking and microfinance processes, Proficiency in microservices and cloud (Azure/AWS, Kubernetes), Experience in cybersecurity and regulatory compliance (PCI DSS, GDPR, SBS)
