Three (3) years personnel security experience managing the implementation of security policies, procedures, programs, and management systems (e. g. conducting background investigations, adjudications, personnel security management, etc. )

reports, briefings, presentations, etc.
)., Coordinate with external agencies on program and processes to resolve contradictions and inconsistencies in information., Independently perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis using complex data sets in an unpredictable, high throughput environment., Break down complex concepts, generate conclusions from disparate information, and succinctly relay key information to Program Manager., Identify potential business process improvement opportunities to optimize efficiency and improve mission readiness.

Evaluate and monitor personnel security system of record to ensure proper case management. Utilize exceptional communication skills and attention to detail to prepare various documents on a routine basis (e. g. reports, briefings, presentations, etc.). Coordinate with external agencies on program and processes to resolve contradictions and inconsistencies in information. Independently perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis using complex data sets in an unpredictable, high throughput environment. Break down complex concepts, generate conclusions from disparate information, and succinctly relay key information to Program Manager. Identify potential business process improvement opportunities to optimize efficiency and improve mission readiness. Ability to thrive in fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision or direction.
