Experience in maintenance or repair roles, Mechanical aptitude, Hands-on technical skills, Proficiency in using maintenance tools, Proficiency in diagnostic equipment, Proficiency in software, Good communication skills, Ability to work effectively in a team environment, Hydraulic trained, Used to controlling pressures up to 20k psi on small bore tubing, Capable of running a HPU, Diagnosing faults, Able to build a hydraulic system circuit, pipe, fittings, hoses, Able to explain how to test a SCM, Able to explain purpose of a SEM, Able to explain purpose of DCVs, Able to fault find an electrical circuit, Test electrical harnesses, Test connectors, Confident to run an ETU, Confident to use laptop config engine to control testing, Experience in stripping down SCMs, Experience in rebuilding SCMs
Nice to Have
Preferably in marine or industrial environments, Hyperbaric experience, Familiarity with ISO 13628-6, Familiarity with API17F
What You'll Do.
Perform maintenance on flexible pipe systems
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues
Execute maintenance tasks
Conduct inspections of assets
Perform functional testing
Perform pressure testing
Maintain records of maintenance activities
Prepare and submit maintenance logs
Prepare and submit service reports
Assist in tracking inventory levels
Adhere to safety protocols
Ensure compliance with standards
Participate in safety meetings
Participate in training sessions
Provide technical support
Provide guidance to junior technicians
Contribute to continuous improvement
