What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Valid 20-Hour Private Security Firearms Certificate (O. P. O. T. C. ) or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
Nice to Have
Criminal Justice degree, Prior private security experience, military or law enforcement background
What You'll Do.
Safeguard the facility and distribution center by enforcing security procedures and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Protect company assets through access control
screening of distribution areas
and inspection of outgoing materials
including mail and trash recovery.
and respond promptly to incidents while maintaining detailed and accurate reports.
Support investigations and asset recovery efforts in collaboration with the Security Leadership Team.
Stay current with industry best practices through ongoing training in firearms
and security operations.
Build trust and rapport with employees and visitors by maintaining a professional and approachable presence.
Perform other assignments and projects as directed by leadership.
