What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1 year of experience in Security, law enforcement, or military, Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association, Valid driver’s license and clean DMV report, Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI), Firearms training, Ability to read, write and speak English, Computer skills and dexterity for data entry, Proficient with Windows-style applications and keyboard
Nice to Have
International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS) Certification to be obtained within 90 days of promotion/hire, Successful completion of the FTO Program within the first 60 days of employment
What You'll Do.
Provide security for patients
Enforce company policies and procedures
Ensure security of patients
Enforce all company safety and security rules
Conduct routine inspections of company locations
Investigate assigned accidents and incidents
Report all occurrences in a timely manner
Perform opening/lockdown of all buildings
Perform other safety and security related duties
Participate in emergency response drills
Maintain required annual certifications
Complete training requirements
Adapt behavior to specific patient population
Remain knowledgeable on federal
Ensure compliance with laws
regulations and standards
