JOB SUMMARY: Supports daily production operations by coordinating line activities, assisting team members, and ensuring processes are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies, GMPs, and quality standards. This role acts as a working lead on the floor, helping drive production performance, supporting equipment operation, and reinforcing standards. Compensation - $22.00 - $28.00. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience. * Support and guide production employees to ensure safe work practices and compliance with company policies, GMPs, and food safety standards. * Assist in executing daily production plans by verifying schedules, materials, staffing, and aligning operations to required production rates (e.g., CPM, bags per minute). * Monitor and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) including production rates, yield, downtime, and quality; support corrective actions as needed * Operate and support production equipment (ORICS, Jurans, box machines, checkweighers, and labeling systems) to maintain efficient and consistent line performance. * Set up and verify coding and labeling systems (Videojet, PTI, LPN) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and product traceability. * Perform pre- and post-operational inspections and routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process product, and finished goods to ensure specifications and GMP standards are met. * Calibrate and monitor checkweigher systems and related metrics to ensure weight accuracy and minimize product loss. * Maintain sanitation, GMP, and SSOP standards to support a c
