We are seeking an Area Sales Manager* Italy who will be responsible for driving and managing all sales activities within the South Italian market. This role requires a strong understanding of the local market dynamics, customer landscape, and cultural environment in Southern Italy. The Area Sales Manager will play a key role in developing the Waste Recycling and Sorting business, ensuring structured sales execution, strong customer relationships, and alignment with TOMRA’s global strategy. Role and Responsibilities: * Implement and execute a systematic sales management approach across the assigned territory, in close collaboration with the Regional Director Italy. * Plan, coordinate, and execute all sales activities in Italy, ensuring consistent pipeline development and order intake. * Manage sales of capital equipment solutions for Waste Recycling and Sorting, with typical project values ranging from EUR 200,000 to EUR 1.5 million per order. * Own
