Must Have

+7 years of experience in sales (capital equipment), Experience in fresh food industry, Spanish and English proficiency, Results-oriented profile, with a structured approach, Ability to manage long sales cycles and close strategic deals, Availability to travel (~50%)

Coordinating agencies and line integrators

Identifying new projects

Networking with companies

Proposing tailored solutions

Achieving sales targets

Capturing business in the assigned market

Staying updated on market trends

and continuously training on TOMRA technology

Proactive and structured sales planning

Generating opportunities and maintaining a constant pipeline of projects

Converting opportunities into orders

Ensuring correct transfer to Sales Admin and CPM

Positioning TOMRA and promoting customer satisfaction

Organizing promotional activities (demonstrations

Involving Presales Engineering and ensuring complete transfer of product and process information from customers

Providing feedback to Presales Engineering

Translating commercial or customer documentation and reports

Managing demonstrations and their corresponding reports

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Working with the TOMRA team to deliver excellent customer experiences; Helping colleagues and providing feedback for their development; Collaborating and mobilizing the TOMRA Food sales organization and support teams to deliver the best customer service; Aligning local sales strategy with the BU Sales Manager; Managing internal customer visits
