Must possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, Talk and hear to exchange accurate information, Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and viewing a computer extensive reading, Must have the ability to operate from a home office, This position does require extensive travel both in a vehicle and by travel is to be expected 75% of the time, with overnight travel and extended hours
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Three (3) years’ experience in auto finance with sub-prime auto financing experience, Three (3) years’ experience in sales with auto industry experience, Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, Ability to operate from a home office
Nice to Have
Knowledge of the local market with established customer relationships, Sub-prime auto financing experience, Auto industry experience
What You'll Do.
Acts as a company ambassador to automotive dealers within the assigned market area
expand company market share by signing new dealers
developing existing relationships
increasing awareness and adoption of the company’s lending program(s)
Educate dealers on all aspects of the company lending program(s) and how to maximize the value of the program(s) for their individual dealership
Partner with other operational teams to capture quality business from existing dealers and increase utilization of the program(s)
Build and expand the assigned territory by identifying and signing new dealerships
Make regular dealer visits
and take inbound calls from dealerships to build relationships and capture business
Maintain high quality customer satisfaction and retention of dealers
Complete and submit documentation to track and assess established goals
Foster a collaborative culture that facilitates the achievement of business plan objectives by working closely with other associates and members of management
Participate in special projects as needed
Perform additional assignments as required by the needs of the company or as directed by management
