Must Have

Three (3) years’ experience in auto finance with sub-prime auto financing experience, Three (3) years’ experience in sales with auto industry experience, Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, Ability to operate from a home office, Commitment to exemplifying the organizational core values and key competencies

Knowledge of the local market with established customer relationships

What You'll Do.

Acts as a company ambassador to automotive dealers within the assigned market area

Expand company market share by signing new dealers

Develop existing relationships

Increase awareness and adoption of the company’s lending program(s)

Educate dealers on all aspects of the company lending program(s) and how to maximize the value of the program(s) for their individual dealership

Partner with other operational teams to capture quality business from existing dealers and increase utilization of the program(s)

Build and expand the assigned territory by identifying and signing new dealerships

Make regular dealer visits

and take inbound calls from dealerships to build relationships and capture business

Maintain high quality customer satisfaction and retention of dealers

Complete and submit documentation to track and assess established goals

Foster a collaborative culture that facilitates the achievement of business plan objectives by working closely with other associates and members of the management

Participate in special projects as needed

Perform additional assignments as required by the needs of the company or as directed by management
