Eligibility Requirements

Occasional travel to include overnight stay, May need to drive to multiple locations in a single day, Ability to operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license required, Physical demands: Ability to communicate face to face and on the phone with clients, frequent use of hands to manipulate/grasp objects, occasional bending and lifting from floor height, frequent lifting of 1 – 10 lbs., occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum of 5 years Branch management experience, Minimum of 5 years leadership experience in the financial services industry with a focus on successful sales teams, Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and possess public speaking skills, business acumen to include an understanding of financials (P&L), credit and lending practices and business banking

Nice to Have

Bachelor's Degree, Multi-site management

What You'll Do.

Partner with Business Banking and Private Bank Relationship Managers

Act as primary risk manager for the area

Monitor and respond to client experience metrics

Perform other duties as assigned

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner with line of business partners; Partner with Centralized Retail Support team; Partner with Branch Manager on joint calling efforts; Partner with Business Banking and Private Bank Relationship Managers; Partner with Key Investment Services (KIS) Financial Advisors; Partner with Key Private Client (KPC) Leaders; Partner with Mortgage Loan Officers; Foster partnerships with all lines of business; Partner with the Regional Retail Leader; Partner with the Regional Onboarding Specialist; Promote collaboration at direct report and branch levels

Communication Scope

Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate; Public speaking skills; Communicate face to face and on the phone with clients; Communicate corporate, segment, and district strategies; Encourage open two-way dialogue

Process & Methodology

Develop and implement strategic plans, Prioritize tasks based on urgency, Manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
