What You'll Do.
Responsible for the end to end store operations
from fulfillment to delivery in a group of our stores
Focus on the continuous improvement of our operations
Key focus areas include: safety
Maintaining an ambitious and motivated team is one of your main responsibilities
hire and train new store leaders
Provide day to day leadership and guidance to store leaders and associates to optimize store operations and guarantee operational excellence
Drive the creation of shift schedules
process change initiatives
and other change initiatives to support and enable store leaders to meet and exceed business targets
Review the demand forecasts and determine your productivity requirements to meet the overall store/country objectives
Develop optimal store operations in your country together with the Operations Manager and other members of your team
