Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Speak, write, and read fluently in Portuguese, Experience in Business English skills, both verbal and written, Experience in warehouse operations and logistics or equivalent, Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Nice to Have
Experience with performance metrics and process improvement and Lean techniques, Experience developing operational processes and data insights, Experience leading teams
