Must Have
4+ years employee management, 4+ years performance management, Speak, write, read English fluently, Ability to take direction in English, Work flexible schedule/shift/work area, Work weekends, nights, and/or holidays, Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Nice to Have
3+ years performance metrics experience, 3+ years process improvement experience, 3+ years lean techniques experience, Knowledge of Lean methodologies, 3+ years logistics operations experience, MBA or Master's degree
What You'll Do.
Communicate policies to Associates
Act as primary information source
Maintain compliance and consistency
Take corrective action when needed
and support recognition programs
and support communication programs
Support all safety programs
Ensure OSHA compliance
Ensure safe work environment
Ensure procedures are followed for building security
Ensure procedures for product loss prevention
Partner with management team
