What You'll Do.
operations leader for a designated TEiC area
establishing and maintaining area customers
preparing estimates and proposals
providing cradle to grave project leadership
Prepares estimates utilizing estimating
reviews all area estimates
approves all area estimates
facilitates transition of estimates to proposals
Leads internal RFQ evaluation process and recommends bid or no-bid based on area
and company (BPI/TEiC) short- and long-term strategies.
Submits proposals through internal TEiC commercial processes.
Build relationships with new and existing customers based on area
and company sales partners with BPI sales staff and representatives on BPI/TEiC sales strategy.
Monitors TEiC project ensures that project activities comply with company procedures and policies.
Provides project status to senior communicates challenges and recommends corrective actions in a timely manner.
Leads risk analysis for project recommends solutions that benefit short term and long-term strategies of TEiC.
Leads internal and external review of area projects from sales identification through project close out.
Reviews effectiveness of TEiC project leadership
coaches and mentor’s direct reports to facilitate positive recommends corrective action

No wonder TEiC has earned an outstanding record of repeat business from many of the largest and most sophisticated utilities and plants around the country. The Area Manager is the operations leader for a designated TEiC area. Within the designated area, the Area Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining area customers, preparing estimates and proposals, and providing cradle to grave project leadership.
