Implement branch strategies and operations
Ensure branch administration is complete and orderly
Ensure branch operations meet licensing and infrastructure needs
Enforce adherence to policies and procedures
Manage staff performance through training and monitoring
Manage conflict among staff
Execute expansion plans
Ensure portfolio quality and audit scores
