What You'll Do.
Champion workplace safety
Ensure 100% compliance with WHS protocols
Conduct daily safety audits
Investigate incidents immediately
Implement corrective actions
Lead by example in following safety procedures
Drive achievement of key metrics
Supervise daily operations
Manage delivery cycles
Monitor real-time productivity
Make immediate adjustments to meet targets
Balance productivity goals with safety requirements
Guarantee route capacity and quality
Manage labor allocation
Ensure quality standards in sort and load processes
Respond to operational challenges
Lead a team of 15-30 Associates
Provide daily coaching
Deliver real-time feedback
safety-first environment
Participate in onboarding of new AAs
Analyze daily safety and productivity data
Identify improvement opportunities
Implement initiatives to reduce safety incidents
Support new operations launches
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Report results and escalations to Station Manager
