Must Have
2+ years performance metrics experience, 2+ years process improvement experience, 2+ years lean techniques experience, Management of large teams (50+ members), Speak, write, and read fluently in English, Ability to take direction in English, Lift up to 49 pounds, Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, Stand/walk for up to 12 hours, Work in an environment where noise level varies, Work in an environment subject to variable temperatures, Continuously climb and descend stairs
