Must Have
Proven work experience as a sales representative or area manager in the FMCG industry, specifically in Food Services and HoReCa, Knowledge of MS Office, Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices, Ability to build productive business relationships and manage key accounts, Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record in sales, Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations based on audience needs, Relationship management skills, Openness to feedback
What You'll Do.
building customer relationships

Implement best practices in FMCG to optimize sales strategies
enhance customer engagement
and strengthen distribution channels
and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
especially in Food Services (Industrial & Operator) and HoReCa
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their requirements
and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and targeted outreach
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market’s potential
and provide status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs
competitive activities
and opportunities for new products/services
Keep abreast of best practices in FMCG for Food Services and HoReCa
including pricing strategies
and route-to-market optimization
Continuously improve through feedback and performance analysis
