Must Have
5 years working experience as Shop Manager, 2 years Area Manager level experience, Proven leadership and management skills (minimum 50 pax), Good analytic, problem solving and decision-making skills, Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills, Willing to work long hours, weekends, public holidays and shift duty, Able to travel as needed

What You'll Do.
Conduct manpower planning
Ensure team members observe policies
Monitor shop operations
Ensure consistency in retail operations
Communicate with Head Office
Manage product display arrangement
Supervise shop managers
Monitor and follow up on matters
Plan and execute stock take
Communicate with shop managers
Ensure SOPs are followed
Monitor sales promotion implementation
Provide feedback on campaigns
Motivate team to deliver customer experience
Train team to maximize sales
Drive performance on wage controls
Ensure accurate tills report
Guide team to work within timeframes
Manage compliance with payroll issues
Ensure store schedules align with trading patterns
Monitor stock take process
Support shop managers on suspicious activities
Create environment that rewards performance
Identify internal talent
Create team succession plan
Develop relationships with store team
coach and motivate team
Participate in recruitment process
Lead team to achieve sales target
Review and appraise staff performance
Take responsibility of Area
Be accountable for outcomes
Work closely with Line Manager
