Are you ready to lead and drive success? As an Area Manager at SIXT, you'll be at the forefront of area growth, overseeing multiple branches and ensuring first-class customer experience. With your leadership and sales expertise, you'll develop your teams, manage the fleet, and boost profitability. Look forward to attractive bonuses, a company car, and numerous development opportunities with a salary of at least $80,000.00 plus bonus! YOUR ROLE AT SIXT * You collaborate with branch managers to ensure smooth operations, set sales goals, and maintain staffing, fleet, and marketing plans * You manage financial tasks including reporting, billing, and analysis of financial statements * You lead, train, coach, and conduct performance reviews for branch managers and staff to maintain a motivated and well-informed team environment * You manage cost control, monitor expenses, and ensure adherence to company standards and operational processes * You focus on increasing market penetration, revenue, and branch performance through strategic planning and regular staff communication YOUR SKILLS MATTER * Experience & Education You hold a bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of experience in sales or customer service, including 5-7 years operations management overseeing multiple branches; proven leadership skills to guide teams effectively * Supervisory & Communication Skills You possess good supervisory skills, strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate in other languages (as a plus), and have exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities * Organization & Customer Service You are highly organized and have excellent customer service skills * Work Authorization & License You must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future, and you are at least 21 years old, have a valid driver's license with a clean record * Work Hours & Travel You can work 40
