What You'll Do.

Drive sales through high visual merchandising

Drive sales through high operational standards

Develop and maintain a capable team

Provide induction coaching and support

Act as first line support

Support and deliver process efficiencies

Support and deliver business improvement opportunities

Line manage Team Leaders

Coach Team Leaders on efficiency

Coach Team Leaders on quality standards

Monitor instore standards

Share best practice amongst TLs

Manage escalated host concerns

Resolve host concerns

Identify TL performance improvement opportunities

Provide coaching to TLs

Escalate TL performance issues

Hold responsibility for induction

Ensure new TLs receive welcome

Support TLs throughout probation

Provide feedback to TLs

Provide targets for improvement

Embed an effective buddy system

Recognise great performance

Celebrate great performance

Work with other Area Managers

Identify trends in learning gaps

Identify trends in development gaps

Escalate learning gaps
