What You'll Do.
Oversee all facets of production during assigned shifts
Respond to needs of the department
Complete the weekly production plan
Meet internal safety and external quality expectations
Provide inspiring leadership to a team
Motivate team members to work hard
Set parameters for production quality and efficiency
Lead a team and execute standards
Ensure a productive work environment
Process owner for assigned area
and control daily operations
Develop and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Ensure compliance with SOPs
Participate in task forces for improvement
Champion cost control initiatives
Develop and manage a budget to meet goals
Deliver results against key performance indicators
