Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, operations, logistics, supply chain or engineering, Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams, Experience managing, motivating, and influencing team behaviors, Experience demonstrating problem solving and root cause analysis, Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance, React with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, Work a flexible work schedule including evenings, overnights, and weekends
