Plan & execute cycle counts
Establish & maintain Inventory handling procedures
Identify root causes of inventory deviation
Lead & supervise associates
& evaluate the operation
Interview & train associates

Resolve associate issues
Develop standard operating procedures
Drive process improvements
Keep pace with growth
Motivate others to meet challenges
