What You'll Do.

Plan and manage sorting and shipping operations for

Plan sorting and delivery tasks by item

Plan delivery routes by region and order

Manage staff for sorting

and delivery operations

Create shifts based on shipment volume

Manage progress of operations

Coordinate with assistant staff for shift adjustments

Provide instructions based on situation

Identify issues in work processes

Plan improvement proposals and implementation plans

Propose ideas during operational improvement meetings
