Must Have

2+ years of employee and performance management experience, Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience, Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, Lift up to 49 pounds, Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, Continuously climb and descend stairs

Nice to Have

1+ years of performance metrics experience, 1+ years of process improvement experience, 1+ years of lean techniques experience
